Katarzyna, a single mother with a disabled son, has faced significant challenges in her journey to improve her circumstances. After unexpectedly losing her job, she found herself in a difficult financial situation. The sudden job loss, compounded by the need to carefully manage her son's food allergies and associated higher living costs, has made it impossible for her to afford further education on her own. Despite these obstacles, Katarzyna has been diligently pursuing a Cyber Security.

Recognising her determination and the potential impact of advanced education on her and her child's future, we have awarded Katarzyna a grant to help her achieve a BSc (Hons) in Cyber Security and Networking.
