Lois Fordham
Lois, a rising star in pole vaulting and currently holds the impressive rank of 6th in the UK outdoors for the under-15 age group. A dedicated member of the Bedford and County team, Lois aspires to earn a spot on the Bedfordshire Schools team and compete in the prestigious English Schools Championships in Birmingham this July. We have made a grant to help with costs of equipment.

Recently, Lois clinched victory in the district schools high jump and secured a commendable second place in the hurdles. She trains diligently three times a week at Bedford Stadium and hones her skills with gymnastics sessions at Kingston Gym twice a week.

Lois received a grant of £2,053.73 to help buy the equipment she needs to compete at a higher level.
HTo continue her rapid progress, Lois needs specialised poles, as her club lacks the appropriate sizes. Supporting her in acquiring these poles will enable her to soar to the top of the U15 rankings this year and beyond. Lois has already shattered club records for both the U13 and U15 categories, showcasing her extraordinary potential.
